No. The Free plan stays free for one project, with every feature included, 1,000 AI credits a month, and no payment method required. It never converts or expires, so you can fully evaluate lumioguard before paying anything.

AI credits meter the AI work lumioguard does for you: the coding agent reading your repo in context, the checks across your live services, and the fixes it prepares. The Free plan includes 1,000 credits a month, Pro includes 5,000, and Agency plans come with a custom allowance.

Your allowance refreshes each month, and you can add a credit pack at any time: 1,000 extra AI credits that stack on the Free plan, normally $12 and free while we're in launch. Packs are one-time top-ups, not a subscription, so you only add one when a month actually runs heavy.

Nothing is charged while we're in launch, because every plan is free. When paid plans begin, checkout runs through Paddle, our merchant of record: Paddle handles payment processing, taxes such as VAT and GST, and invoicing, so your receipt and card statement come from Paddle, and Pro renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.

Yes. There's no contract: cancel anytime from the billing portal, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep access to what you paid for and simply aren't charged again.

Refund requests go to Paddle within 14 days of the transaction, and approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Statutory consumer rights, like the 14-day withdrawal right in the EU/EEA, Switzerland, and the UK, are unaffected. The full details are in our Refund Policy.

Every plan is free while we're in launch, and the struck-through prices are the introductory ones Pro and credit packs normally carry. If a price ever takes effect or changes, we give at least 30 days' notice and the change applies from your next billing period, never mid-cycle, so you always know before you're charged a new amount.
